Subscription & Billing Policy

1) Overview

We offer optional auto‑renewing subscriptions for select products. By enrolling, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2) Billing & Payment

  • Recurring charges occur on your chosen interval (e.g., every 30 days) starting from the initial order date.
  • You authorize NOT SO BAD CORP. to charge your saved payment method each cycle.
  • You are responsible for keeping payment details valid and current.

3) Shipping

Subscription orders ship under the same timelines and methods as described in our Shipping Policy. You will receive shipment confirmations and tracking.

4) Manage or Cancel

  • Pause, modify, or cancel any time before the next billing date.
  • Log into your account or email sammi@primalislifestyle.com at least 48 hours before the next charge.
  • Changes after a cycle is processed apply to the next cycle.

5) Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry or ask you to update your method. We may suspend or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be processed.

6) Refunds

Subscription orders follow our Returns & Refund Policy. No refunds for orders already processed or shipped.

7) Price Changes

We may change prices. If your subscription price changes, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
