Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Primalis Lifestyle currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states plus Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We are actively working on expanding to Canada and select Latin American markets in 2026.

Shipping Costs

  • 1 Bottle (Monthly Subscription): $6.95 flat rate
  • 3 Bottles (Quarterly Subscription): FREE
  • 6 Bottles (Semi-annual Subscription): FREE

Subscription renewal orders follow the same shipping terms as your original purchase.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed the following business day.

Delivery

We ship via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail, depending on order size. Estimated delivery windows after processing:

  • Continental USA: 3–7 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, holidays).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and link.

You can also track your order by logging into your account at primalislifestyle.com/account and viewing your order history.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, delayed beyond 14 business days, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@primalislifestyle.com with your order number
  2. Include photos if the package or product arrived damaged
  3. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if needed, ship a replacement at no cost

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We will contact you to confirm the correct address
  • Reshipment will require a new shipping fee (unless the error was on our end)

Subscription Address Changes

To update the shipping address on an active subscription:

  1. Log in at primalislifestyle.com/account
  2. Go to "Manage Subscriptions"
  3. Update your shipping address at least 72 hours before your next scheduled renewal

Changes made after that window may apply only to the subsequent order.
