Welcome to Primalis Lifestyle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of primalislifestyle.com (the "Site") and the purchase of Primali-T and related products (the "Products").

By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

"We," "us," and "our" refer to Not So Bad Corp. and the Primalis Lifestyle brand.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from this Site, you must be:

At least 18 years of age
Legally capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction
A resident of the United States (we currently ship only within the US)

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Product Use Disclaimer

3.1 Not Medical Advice

Primali-T is a dietary supplement. The information on this Site and on product packaging is provided for general wellness purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you have a medical condition, are taking prescription or over-the-counter medications, are scheduled for surgery within 2 weeks, or have known allergies to any ingredient.

3.2 FDA Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Individual results may vary. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results.

3.3 No Use Under 18 or During Pregnancy

Primali-T is not intended for persons under 18 years of age, or for women who are pregnant or nursing.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 How Subscriptions Work

All Primali-T purchases are sold as recurring subscriptions with the following options:

Monthly: 1 Bottle delivered every 30 days
Quarterly: 3 Bottles delivered every 90 days
Semi-annual: 6 Bottles delivered every 180 days

By placing a subscription order, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal interval until you cancel.

4.2 Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed at checkout and remain the same for all renewals unless we provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price change by email.

4.3 Managing, Pausing, Skipping, or Canceling

You can manage your subscription at any time via primalislifestyle.com/account. Pause, skip, or cancel — changes take effect before your next scheduled renewal. To avoid being charged for a renewal, make changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date.

4.4 Failed Payments

If your payment method fails at renewal, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, your subscription is paused. You can update your payment method in your account at any time to resume.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors) with a full refund of any payment collected.

5.2 Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5.3 Taxes

Sales tax is added where applicable based on your shipping address and current state/local tax laws.

6. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are available for unopened, sealed bottles returned within 365 days of purchase. Opened bottles are not eligible for refund. Full terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. Contact support@primalislifestyle.com to initiate a return.

7. Shipping

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. In summary: US shipping only, free shipping on 3-bottle and 6-bottle orders, processing 1–2 business days, delivery 3–10 business days depending on destination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, trademarks, and software — is the exclusive property of Not So Bad Corp. or its licensors, and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written permission.

"Primalis," "Primali-T," and "The Primal System" are trademarks of Not So Bad Corp.

9. User Reviews and Submissions

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content ("User Content") to us, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and adapt your User Content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent that you own the rights to the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that is inappropriate, defamatory, or misleading.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, resell Primali-T without our written authorization, or use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or copy the Site content.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, that the Products will achieve any specific results, or that information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up-to-date.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOT SO BAD CORP. AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site/Products will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site/Products will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except for small-claims court matters.

You agree to waive: the right to a jury trial, and the right to participate in a class action.

Arbitration will take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, unless both parties agree otherwise.

13.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration clause by sending a written notice to support@primalislifestyle.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your full name and order number.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
