Return and Refund Policy

At Primalis Lifestyle, we stand behind every bottle of Primali-T. This policy explains the terms under which you can return a product and receive a refund.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The bottle must be unopened and sealed, with its original factory seal intact and untampered
- The return request must be initiated within 365 days of the original purchase date
- The product must have been purchased directly through primalislifestyle.com
- You must provide the order number associated with your purchase
Opened bottles are not eligible for refund, regardless of the reason or quantity consumed. This applies to all packs (1 Bottle, 3 Bottles, and 6 Bottles). Once the factory seal is broken, the bottle cannot be returned for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@primalislifestyle.com before shipping anything back
- Include your order number (e.g., #1234), the email address used at checkout, and confirmation that the bottle(s) you intend to return are sealed and unopened
- Our team will reply within 3 business days with return instructions and the shipping address
- Ship the sealed bottles back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Once we receive and inspect the returned bottles to verify the seal is intact, we will process the refund
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
What Does Not Qualify
- Opened, partially used, or empty bottles
- Bottles with broken or missing factory seals
- Purchases made through third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers (contact the point of sale directly)
- Shipping fees paid on single-bottle orders (free shipping applies to 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs)
- Return shipping costs
- Refund requests submitted after 365 days from purchase date
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or the seal is broken upon delivery, contact us within 14 days at support@primalislifestyle.com with photos of the issue. In these cases we will replace the product at no cost or issue a full refund, regardless of the sealed-bottle rule above.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are eligible for refund under the same sealed-bottle terms.
Pausing, Skipping, or Canceling Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription directly from your account at any time:
- Log in at primalislifestyle.com/account
- Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions"
- Pause, skip, or cancel — changes take effect before your next scheduled billing date
To avoid being charged for a renewal, make changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date. You will not be charged for renewals after cancellation.
International Orders
Primalis Lifestyle currently ships only within the United States. If your order was shipped outside the US through a freight forwarder or third party, we cannot accept returns from outside the US.
